Our touring began in the 1990s, working alongside Ken Graham and helping to transport the Los Angeles Philharmonic.   We have since toured with fifteen major orchestras on a regular basis including:

We are in tune with the musicians needs and dedicated to ensuring that they remain stress-free. Our experienced Orchestral logistics and customer services team is headed by Scott Pulleyn who is regularly seen on tour along with the Orchestras. Our team can offer advice and assistance with route planning, timings and management of customs clearance for transporting or importing equipment into non-EU countries. Planning an event can begin up to two years before the tour and we can help you from day one.

Our fully employed drivers are hands on and accessible at all stages of the tour. They all have extensive experience of international driving laws and restrictions throughout Europe and beyond, are uniformed and have been full trained by our own management in the safe handling and loading of valuable and delicate instruments.

Our fleet of 55 vehicles are fitted with real-time temperature monitoring to ensure a consistent temperature and heating systems to protect instruments in the colder months. Our trailers have been specifically designed to cater for flight cases with slide out aluminium ramps and have strong interior lighting and load restraint rails to protect instruments in transit. Our temperature control monitoring is linked to the satellite tracking system which is monitored 24/7.

Each vehicle is fitted with a number of security devices, including deadlocks, bulldog trailer locks, Chereau trailer locks, plate locks, security gates, panic buttons, immobilisers, lockable internal dividing doors, cab door security locks, cab gas sensors, and alarm systems. Identity markings on the roof of each vehicle enables easy individual recognition from the air.
